I write this as the Harvest Moon lights up the sky as I wait for the sun to rise. The countryside is shifting into true Autumn as the nights lengthen dramatically and the northern hemisphere turns away from the sun. There’s a renewed appreciation for warmth in our homes, our surroundings, and the light that fills them. It is in this spirit that we introduce Euphoria, the newest colourway in the Moondance collection. Euphoria celebrates the uplifting power of orange and yellow colours that radiate happiness, vitality, and optimism. It captures the joyful glow of autumn light, evoking the feeling of sunrise on a crisp morning: golden, calm, and full of promise.
The Inspiration Behind the Moondance Collection
Our Moondance collection was conceived as a contemporary tribute to the beauty, balance, and symbolism found in early 20th-century design and in particular the work of American designer Walter Nichols, whose exquisite 1920s rugs celebrated nature, symmetry, and refined decorative detail using the brightest, cheeriest Chinese silks
Like Nichols, we believe that design has the power to tell stories through pattern and colour. Moondance takes inspiration from that spirit, combining timeless elegance with Wendy’s own distinctive use of symbolic motifs that speak to connection, transformation, and the natural world.

Stying Moondance Euphoria
Euphoria was designed to bring energy and warmth into any setting, working beautifully in both contemporary and classic interiors.
As showcased in our photography, we styled Moondance Euphoria within a classic Georgian property in Edinburgh. The burnt orange sofas framed the vibrant border of Euphoria beautifully, whilst the impressively tall ceilings acted as a grounding contrast to the warm tones of the rug. We chose to layer the rugs on a contrasting Persian-style rug, which added to the overall feeling of opulence within the space. To add further to the layered look, we also added our A Kaleidoscope of Papillons hand-tufted rugs.
Beyond this fabulous living space, she would make a statement entrance piece with a circular dark walnut table adorned with the season's florals and stems. A Moondance Euphoria welcomes with warmth and light, the perfect invitation to step inside and feel uplifted, even on the greyest days.
