Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email advising an estimated delivery lead time. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery but please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

United States and Rest of the World

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Import Duties and Taxes are not included in the price displayed at checkout. Wendy Morrison Design is not responsible for these charges - they are your responsibility as the receiving customer. Once your order has arrived in the destination country, our courier company will reach out with  details of your taxes and duties bill, and advise on how to make payment.

This lead time is for In Stock Items. Depending on the location of the stock, the lead time may be extended. Items that are not in stock will be made to order, and we will be in touch with an order confirmation and lead time for production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you able to provide a time slot for delivery or notify me when you’re nearby?

Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide time slots for standard parcels, as this will depend on the selected courier.

I have ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?

If you have ordered more than one item we will contact you directly about your order and delivery lead times. We will do our utmost to deliver all our items together. Please note this may not be possible depending on the stock location. If you require items to be sent to different addresses, please contact customer services and we will be able to assist you.

Will the courier deliver into my house?

Your order will be delivered on a door-to-door service. Please be aware that the courier will not be responsible for bringing the goods inside your home.
