Cancellation policy

You may cancel a purchase made using a purchase option (such as a pre-order) within 14 days of placing your order, unless the item is custom-made, personalised, or production has already begun.

Once an order has entered production or has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
